ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting replaces manual, Word and Excel-based accounts production with a template-driven process that produces consistent financial statements across dozens or hundreds of entities, with disclosures populated directly from trial balance data. As a cloud-based solution, it provides built-in, best-practice content for 45+ jurisdictions in each country's local reporting language, with pre-tagged iXBRL output ready for digital filing - so a global group can report consistently while staying locally compliant.

For UK groups, mandatory software-only filing at Companies House applies to accounts filed on or after 1 April 2028 (confirmed by the government in June 2026). OSR - with built-in iXBRL tagging and Companies House integration - is the natural platform to be ready. We implement it standalone or fully integrated with ONESOURCE Corporate Tax so financial data flows between the two automatically.

We have implemented OSR across multiple organisations spanning multiple countries and GAAPs, and for larger groups we provide a pre-built Alteryx workflow to automate financial data loading - a capability we believe is unique in the industry.

Frequently asked questions

How long does an OSR implementation take?

As a high-level guide, allow around eight weeks per template, from kick-off to template delivery. Timelines vary with the number of entities and jurisdictions involved, and we agree a detailed plan at kick-off.

How is it priced?

Pricing depends on scope - the number of templates, entities, jurisdictions, and complexity. After a short scoping conversation we give you a clear quote, with no padding and no surprises.

Do we implement everything at once, or template by template?

We implement template by template, but more than one template can run at a time. We will work with you to plan your template phases around your priorities and capacity.

Can you help us bring statutory reporting in-house?

Yes - many groups implement OSR to bring statutory reporting in-house, often from an outsourced provider. We configure the templates and process so your team can produce accounts with confidence.

What is the fast-start workshop?

A working session where we help you get to know the system and your new template, and start supporting you as you build out your individual legal entities. It applies to templates covering two or more entities.

Can you automate trial balance loading?

Yes - for larger groups we provide a pre-built Alteryx workflow to automate financial data loading, a capability we believe is unique in the industry.

What are the 2028 Companies House changes?

From accounts filed on or after 1 April 2028, UK companies must file in iXBRL format using commercial software - the web and paper filing routes are closing. OSR is built for this.

Can OSR handle multiple countries and GAAPs?

Yes. We configure template libraries covering multiple jurisdictions and accounting frameworks, applied consistently across the group.

Can statutory reporting integrate with our tax process?

Yes. We integrate OSR with ONESOURCE Corporate Tax so financial data and tax disclosures flow between the platforms without manual rekeying.

What do you need from our team?

A nominated point of contact, access to the relevant systems and data, and time for your team to make the key decisions and to test and sign off. We will also need your help with the mapping - matching your own data to the templates - as that is where your knowledge of your numbers matters most.

Do you provide support after go-live?

Yes - every implementation includes a hyper-care period after go-live, plus ongoing support and enhancements beyond that.

Who will we actually work with?

Directly with Mark and Charlotte throughout - no account managers and no junior handoffs. The people who scope the work are the people who deliver it.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

We work remotely. It keeps engagements efficient and cost-effective, and means we can support groups wherever they are based.

How are you different from a Big 4 firm?

Big 4-level expertise, delivered directly by the founders - without the overheads, layers, and handoffs. That makes it faster, more personal, and more cost-effective.
